Appointed by Shropshire Council to support and act as part of client side team to bring forward the redevelopment of Smithfield Riverside, a key site within the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan.

Kidderminster Town Hall redevelopment
Appointed to provide support to Kidderminster Town Council and Project Director initially to procure design team followed by Contractor via a two stage framework process. On-going support to enter into building contract.
Chance Glassworks, Smethwick
Appointed as Project Manager by Chance Heritage Trust to bring forward a heritage led regeneration of the former Chance Brothers Glassworks site in Smethwick.
Birmingham Hippodrome
Appointed as Development Manager to advise and take forward the phased implementation of a masterplan for redevelopment of the site occupied by Birmingham Hippodrome theatre.
National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) – various commissions
Appointed to NLHF project management consultancy panels to provide mentoring advice to applicants for grant funding and monitor progress on behalf of NLHF.

Independent Client Adviser including acting as Client’s Representative under a pre construction services agreement between Performances Birmingham Ltd and a main Contractor for ‘Making an Entrance’, a complex c£13 million project to redevelop front of house foyer spaces to improve long term financial sustainability.
