Appointed as Development Manager to advise and take forward the phased implementation of a masterplan for redevelopment of the site occupied by Birmingham Hippodrome theatre.

Invigour was appointed as Development Manager to guide the phased implementation of a masterplan for the redevelopment of the site occupied by the Birmingham Hippodrome theatre. Working closely with the Project Director, Invigour led the OJEU procurement of a full design team to refine early feasibility studies into a deliverable first-phase scheme.

Responsibilities included advising on the delivery strategy, encompassing programme, budget, and risk management, and overseeing the process that led to a successful planning application. Invigour also coordinated the inputs required for a successful grant application to the Local Enterprise Partnership, securing funding for initial enabling works.

Key benefits delivered included the appointment of the design team, securing planning approval for the first phase of development, and obtaining funding for essential enabling works. The project is ongoing.
