Independent Client Adviser including acting as Client’s Representative under a pre construction services agreement between Performances Birmingham Ltd and a main Contractor for ‘Making an Entrance’, a complex c£13 million project to redevelop front of house foyer spaces to improve long term financial sustainability.
Invigour acted as Independent Client Adviser and Client’s Representative under a pre- construction services agreement between Performances Birmingham Ltd and a main contractor for the ‘Making an Entrance’ project. This complex £13 million redevelopment aimed to transform front-of-house foyer spaces to enhance long-term financial sustainability.
Supporting the CEO and COO, Invigour led the OJEU procurement of a multidisciplinary design team and assisted with contractor selection through a framework. Additional contributions included inputs to funding bids for Arts Council England and the Local Enterprise Partnership, high-level project planning, risk management, and support with budgeting and cash flow.
Despite numerous complexities, such as underground services, interfaces with an adjoining major public realm project, and lease negotiations, Invigour ensured the project stayed on track to meet a challenging programme. The start on site was scheduled for summer 2019.
