Project Director working with Birmingham City Council and their delivery agent Acivico to deliver this new start up College to provide the skills required by HS2 to an extremely challenging programme.

Invigour acted as Project Director, working with Birmingham City Council (BCC) and their delivery agent, Acivico, to deliver a new start-up college designed to provide the skills required by HS2 within an extremely challenging programme. Invigour supported the BCC Project Sponsor by directing client-side resources and coordinating efforts between BCC as the accountable body, the formative National College, and Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, where a second campus was being developed simultaneously.

Key responsibilities included developing scheme designs, securing stakeholder support, and gaining necessary approvals, including planning consent, within a fast-track programme. Invigour also oversaw delivery as an adviser to the Project Sponsor, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget.
